Our Thái Nguyên green tea is gathered by hand in the misted hills of northern Vietnam and shipped within weeks of plucking. We don't blend, we don't flavour, and we don't rush. One origin. One harvest. One cup at a time.

Pour a little hot water in the pot, swirl, and pour it out. Cold ceramic flattens the first steep.

Three grams to one hundred millilitres is a quiet, honest starting point. Adjust from there.
